    We used to listen to hank williams on a tape going dow to donegal as kids. I could never tell how much of his yodels were just the cassette player doing a malfunctioning wibble.

    Mostly him I’m afraid Darragh. Certainly yodelling is the cornerstone of Lovesick Blues, which is prob his best known song. For the uninitiated I’d recommend Lost Highway, Your Cheatin’ Heart, Move It On Over and Ramblin’ Man (recently covered by Cat Power).
